Social media is truly changing the way that people live their lives. As social platforms, like Instagram, evolve, so do the way that people use them. Israel’s Carmel Winery teamed up with Tel Aviv restaurant, Catit, to design food specifically for customers to Instagram.

The plates are custom-designed with built-in phone stands and not only do they get to take pictures of the food, but they also get to learn about food photography around the world while doing so. The experience becomes interactive, informative, and delicious!

So, why are they creating this experience? The restaurant says that it is looking to target a new generation of consumers, mainly millennials, who connect with food through their phone. Find out how they target this group and see some pictures here.
