A college debate gave Tom a lifelong interest in the art of persuasion. A job interview got him into advertising. He didn’t get the job. The interviewer, however, admired his persuasion skills, connected him with an agency and the rest was history. In his twenty-four years at Princeton Partners, Tom has come up with enough ideas to fill a library. One of those ideas is expanding what it means to be a marketer by launching and supporting start-ups through Innovation Garden, an incubator housed at the agency. By the way, in that college debate, he was defending capitalism. He won. Enough said.
