Our fall interns just completed their time here with us at Princeton Partners. During their internships here, they learned the ins and outs of account management, social media, media, graphic design, copywriting, and digital development.

They brought great ideas to the table, along with high energy and enthusiasm. They participated in client meetings and agency strategy meetings. Some of our interns even got the chance to experience commercial shoots.

As a parting gift to our team, they created a video about their internship experience. This was the intern project that they worked on together, where they were given the creative freedom to entertain and charm us. Watch the video below!

Having interned at PPI myself, I can attest firsthand to the great internship experience that Princeton Partners offers students. Now, as a fulltime employee at PPI and the Student Internship Manager, my experience has come full circle. I even sit at the same desk I sat at as an intern!

Here are the benefits for the internship program at Princeton Partners:

  • We give our interns real, hands-on experience. There are no intern coffee or lunch runs.
  • This past fall, our interns have done market research for new business meetings, participated in program launch events, and helped our team at commercial shoots.
  • Our interns have the opportunity to work with our whole team. This past semester, our social media intern worked with our Web Developer on projects, and our media intern worked with our Account Executive on assignments.
  • In a small, close agency like ours, our interns develop relationships and connections not only with our team, but with other interns as well. Some interns like us so much, they’ll return for another semester!

What I like most about managing the intern program at Princeton Partners is seeing our interns grow as their semesters go by. My social media interns started out this fall crafting tweets and Facebook posts. By the end of their internships, they were assisting with social media strategy and content development for infographics.

Now that our fall interns have left the nest, we can’t wait to work with new interns this spring. We hope that we get to work with our fall interns again in the future!
