iTi Tropicals is North America’s leading supplier of tropical fruit juice concentrates and purees to the food and beverage industry. In 2015, they hired Princeton Partners to help strengthen their brand, which they felt had grown stale and did not properly convey their uniqueness in the marketplace.

Our discovery process revealed that iTi’s tropical ingredients are new to many people. What’s more, iTi collaborates with their customers to come up with innovative ideas. As iTi provides food and beverage producers with a new world of flavor possibilities enabling them to give consumers a sense of adventure and discovery. We summarized this feeling with the tagline, “What’s Possible with Tropical.”
SOLUTION
Using this idea, we developed the new iTi Tropicals website and content marketing strategy, transforming the previous site from purely informational to an engaging centerpiece for the brand that can evolve and drive relationships between iTi and its customers.
